ak111 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement With Our Platform

1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ak111 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ak111 website located at https://ak111.io and all associated services, products, games, and features offered thereon.

By accessing the ak111 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the ak111 platform.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, promotional conditions, and our Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. 2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on ak111. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, device, payment method, or household — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ak111 reserves the right to merge or close them and to forfeit any bonuses associated with the additional accounts.

2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

2.5 Account Transferability. Your ak111 account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, gift, or otherwise assign your account or any credits, winnings, or bonuses associated with it to any other person.

3 Account Security and Verification

3.1 Credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ak111 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. ak111 will never request your password via email, telephone, or any other channel.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify ak111 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. ak111 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.

3.3 KYC Verification. ak111 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before a withdrawal is processed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ak111 may result in withdrawal suspension until verification is complete.

3.4 Verification Timelines. Standard KYC verification is completed within two to five business days of document submission. ak111 may extend this period where additional documentation is required or where third-party verification services experience delays. Players will be notified of any extended verification timelines by email.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ak111 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for each method are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages of the platform and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your ak111 balance instantly in the vast majority of cases. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance depending on your card issuer. ak111 charges no platform fee on deposits denominated in Bangladeshi Taka.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within one to four hours of approval. Withdrawal requests to Rocket and Upay may take up to 24 hours. Card withdrawals may take three to five business days depending on the issuing institution. All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.

4.4 Withdrawal to Original Method. ak111 reserves the right to return funds to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Where the original method is unavailable, an alternative withdrawal route will be agreed with the Player on a case-by-case basis via support.

4.5 Currency. All Player balances on ak111 are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Any currency conversion required for card transactions is the sole responsibility of the Player's card issuer and may result in exchange rate costs not controlled by ak111.

4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. ak111 reserves the right to deduct a monthly administrative fee of ৳200 from dormant account balances following written notification to the registered email address. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers published on ak111 are available to eligible registered players unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. ak111 reserves the right to exclude individual players from specific promotions at its sole discretion, including where abuse of previous promotions has been identified.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses) are specified in the individual promotion terms at the time of the offer. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in automatic expiry of the bonus and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. Conduct that ak111 reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using prohibited betting patterns to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, or colluding with other players — will result in cancellation of all bonuses and related winnings and may lead to permanent account closure.

5.4 Promotional Changes. ak111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already opted in, the Player will be entitled to complete any qualifying conditions already in progress under the terms that applied at the time of opt-in.

6 Game Rules, Bets and Settlements

6.1 Game Rules. Individual game rules are available within each game interface on the ak111 platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers. In the event of any ambiguity, the game provider's published rules take precedence over any summary descriptions.

6.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet or wager is not confirmed until a unique bet reference number has been issued and displayed to the Player. ak111 reserves the right to decline any bet prior to confirmation, including in the event of system errors, market suspension, or pricing discrepancies.

6.3 Void Bets. Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, technical malfunction of game or betting infrastructure, events cancelled before settlement, and evidence of match-fixing or corruption affecting the outcome of a sporting event. Void bet stakes are returned to the Player's balance.

6.4 Settlement Disputes. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the Player must notify [email protected] within 72 hours of the settlement date, providing the bet reference number and a description of the dispute. ak111's resolution of settlement disputes, made in good faith with reference to official data providers, is final.

6.5 Maximum Winnings. ak111 reserves the right to apply a maximum single-event payout limit. Where applicable, this limit is displayed within the relevant game or sports market. Winnings in excess of the applicable limit will be reduced to the stated maximum at settlement.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ak111 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in account suspension or permanent closure and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or undocumented features to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker games to gain a strategic advantage.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider while retaining any winnings derived from the disputed funds.
• Providing false identification documents during the KYC process.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other corruption of sporting events offered on the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ak111 staff or other platform users.

8 Responsible Gaming

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits; configure session-time reminders; activate cooling-off periods of between 24 hours and 30 days; and apply permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon activation and cannot be reversed within the selected exclusion period.

8.3 Age Verification. ak111 applies age verification controls at the account registration and withdrawal stages. 9 Intellectual Property

11 Limitation of Liability

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ak111's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

ak111 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, ak111 will provide notice to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. 13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ak111 encourages Players to contact [email protected] in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally. Where informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.
